A slender table knife with a straight horn handle, sold singly or as a set.
Narrow, light and polished bright, the Sycip is made for the table rather than the board. The edge is ground thin enough to glide through a steak without sawing, and the straight horn handle is turned so it sits in the hand like a pen.
Each knife comes in its own rosewood sheath, which doubles as a rest beside the plate.
